1. How many days may I use the office each month?
At a minimum, we ask that a dental specialist commit to reserving at least one dental chair four days per month. We are able to accommodate half day contracts (minimum of 4 hours), as long as the monthly total equals four full days. We consider a full day to be 6 or more hours per day. We have weekend, evening, and early morning availability in addition to regular business hours, to provide you flexibility in accommodating your patients.
2. Can I add days per month as my practice grows, after the original contract is signed?
Absolutely. Contracts can me modified with an addendum.
3. How long of a contractual agreement do I need to make to Aesthetic and Reconstructive Dental Associates?
Contracts are structured for a minimum of six months, with incentives to sign longer agreements.
4. Would I be considered an employee of Aesthetic and Reconstructive Dental Associates?
No. You will be the owner of your own dental practice. Dental specialists practicing at Aesthetic and Reconstructive Dental Associates are required to form their own legal business entity.
5. How is my compensation structured?
Since Aesthetic and Reconstructive Dental Associates provides a turn-key operation, allowing you to focus specifically on your specialty and patient care, we compensate dental specialists based on a considerable percentage of your monthly collected production. Please contact us for further details.
6. Do I need to purchase my own computers or software system?
No. Our office will provide Dentrix software and computers in every operatory. We also provide the CAESY patient education software system to be used with your patients.
7. Who is responsible for patient scheduling, insurance eligibility confirmation, patient billing, insurance submission, and accounts receivable?
Aesthetic and Reconstructive Dental Associates will handle all of these needs.
8. Can in bring my own treatment assistant?
You may bring your own treatment assistant or we can provide an assistant to work with you. Please contact us so we may explain your options.
9. Do I have to purchase my own dental or office supplies?
No. Aesthetic and Reconstructive Dental Associates will order and purchase your dental and office supplies on your behalf.
10. What if I want specialized equipment not already available?
If your specialty requires specific technology or equipment not already available in our office, you will be responsible for purchasing the equipment. Any specialized equipment purchased by you will be considered your property, and used by no one else. Should you choose to share your equipment with any other practitioner at Aesthetic & Reconstructive Dental Associates; we can arrange and manage an in-house rental agreement between dentists.
11. Will Aesthetic and Reconstructive Dental Associates help me market my new specialty practice?
